As a newly formed U3A our first AGM is a very important meeting as we need to formalise The Trustees of Tetbury & District U3A. During the Covid-19 crisis your Steering Committee continued to operate. The Steering Committee has to stand down and a new Committee be formally elected.

Covid-19 thwarted our plans to meet at The Goods Shed in October due to updated Government regulations. The AGM will be held virtually using Zoom on 19th November at 11am.

Any Member(s) may submit a Question to be considered at the AGM using the on-line form below. You may submit a question even if you are unable to attend the AGM.

Online voting will be carried out using Zoom Poll (voting by show of hands is optional).

Please register your Zoom (online) attendance by completing this on-line form and click Send. (You should see a “Form Sent Successfully” message). We will acknowledge and email your Zoom meeting ID on the 12th November. We need 10% of the current members to be quorate, so at least 18 to be virtually present.
